Apologize to the customer and try and fix the issue as soon as possible. Once done, send a polite email to him/her, enquiring if the review can be modified.   • Keep updated merchant data – Ensure that all particulars of your business on Google Merchant Center are accurate and updated. Any discrepancies here might lead to reviews not being entered against your name. This will result in a fall in ratings or ratings not being awarded at all.
  • Ask for reviews – You will find many major e-commerce sites sending push notifications to customers, asking for reviews once delivery is completed. Customers are more inclined to give reviews when faced with a bad experience but if you reach out to the silent majority you will get more good reviews that will push up the ratings. You can request reviews through email or send a notification with a link to reviews.
